We have been building websites for many years now and here is a selection that hopefully demonstrate something of the range of clients and how we have met their needs. Our company is accurately advertised as 'client-centred' and, in practice, this means that we see our key task as helping a client move toward a position where they can make informed and appropriate choices about their website. We have a background in education and training, and keep in mind the real meaning of the word 'education' which is 'to draw out'. This is the focus we bring to our website design process - drawing out of our client what he or she really needs. Marshall Rosenberg, the initiator of Nonviolent Communication, in recent years described the choice of 'pouring or serving' when engaged in NVC training. To pour means to treat trainees as 'empty glasses' to pour milk into. To serve means to mutually discover what the trainee needs, then doing all possible to meet those needs. And that could be seen as the ideal, or real educational or training process. So, these sites are the result of a quite long process of 'drawing out' and discovering needs. We don't tell our clients what they want, we don't go off and do our own thing anyway, and we don't demand that our clients just passively go along with our 'expertise'. We, don't build fast websites. Instead, we work patiently, and closely with our clients until they get what they want.
